Having originally trained at CPPD, Ruth Dines is a Humanistic – Integrative counsellor and a member of the BACP. She runs her own private practice in North London and in the City near Farringdon. Her particular areas of interest are loss and bereavement, stress and anxiety, improving work/life balance and communication and relationship problems, including separation and divorce.
Ruth is also a volunteer counsellor at North London Hospice where she runs Relaxation Courses for patients and carers as part of the Health and Wellbeing service offering.
Combining her previous career working as a Management Consultant with her therapy/counselling training, she also runs workshops for clients in the public and private sector on topics such as “Building Resilience” and “Managing Stress and Anxiety in the Workplace”.
She is also a CPD hub focus group member for the BACP where she reviews the online resources that are launched each month.
