Sara’s background

Following a long career in dentistry I began my counselling journey 15 years ago with a psychodynamic foundation before moving to CPPD where I gained my diploma , advance diploma and diploma in clinical supervision .

Sara’s approach

Sara’s therapeutic style is predominantly humanistic and attachment based, whilst drawing on a number of other modalities from her integrative background to create a unique experience for each client.

Sara divides her time between CPPD and a busy counselling and supervision practice in North London.

She has undertaken extensive post qualification training in working with trauma, eating disorders and emotional freedom technique.
