The Certificate in Humanistic Integrative Counselling provides a learning environment in which trainees can explore and experience the world of counselling. It provides an overview of the Humanistic Integrative approach to counselling and opportunities for practical experience and training.

Excluding supervision costs which are currently £1,100 per year payable direct by arrangement with your CPPD supervisor (20 sessions at £55 each)
CPPD supervisors are located in and around Greater London and students must be prepared to travel for some face to face sessions
Excluding 40 hours of personal therapy costs which can be anywhere from £35+ per session (personal therapy is compulsory on the Diploma and Advanced Diploma year)
Excluding BACP Student Membership fee which is currently £90 per year payable directly to the BACP
Excluding Personal Indemnity Insurance: approximately £55-£65 per year
Professional zoom account approximately £12 per month
Possible one-off £40 payment to record a skills practice session with an actor

The Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling aims to provide a solid foundation in the Humanistic Integrative approach and its application to counselling practice. The course is a practitioner training and offers an environment where students can build on their relationship skills within clinical practice. Students are encouraged to develop further their self-awareness, both within the group and throughout their practice. On completion of the course students will qualify for the Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling.

The Advanced Diploma aims to deepen trainees understanding of Humanistic Integrative Counselling and its application to counselling practice. The course is an advanced practitioner training and assumes that trainees have a solid foundation in the Humanistic Integrative model, and an ability to apply skills from this approach within the counselling setting. On completion of the course, students qualifying for the Advanced Diploma will have met the training criteria in respect of individual accreditation with the BACP.

This is a seven month course comprising one weekend a month which teaches supervision from an Integrative perspective. The unique feature of it is that we have established a team of external tutors who are all experts in their particular theoretical approach. Perspectives covered are: Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, Person Centred Therapy, Transference and Countertransference and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
