This experiential CPD workshop invites therapy students to explore Transactional Analysis (TA) through a fresh, creative lens — one that speaks directly to the ADHD and neurodivergent experience.
We’ll go beyond theory and into dynamic, creative exploration
— using imagination and story to bring TA concepts to life.

What We’ll Explore
Life Scripts: How early decisions form unseen narratives — and how neurodivergence refracts these scripts around visibility, control, and belonging.
Racket Systems: Understanding the emotional “transactions” that keep familiar feelings on repeat, and learning how to rewrite them through creative exercises.
Ego States in Action: Bringing Parent, Adult, and Child into dialogue through imagery, role-play, and sensory engagement.

• Practical interventions for use in therapy placements or clinical work
