Purpose:
This form is for students and staff to report concerns, make suggestions or submit complaints related to bullying, harassment, discrimination or other matters within CPPD. All reports will be handled confidentially and in line with CPPD’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) policies.

Your Anonymity Matters:
You may choose to submit this form anonymously, and no identifying information will be captured unless you provide your contact information. We value your privacy and all anonymous reports will still be reviewed seriously. If you would like a response or any kind of follow-up, please provide your contact details.

There is a separate Complaints Procedure which individual students can use to make complaints about the course or the course staff. In addition, students may also make a complaint directly under the BACP Professional Conduct Procedure at any time.

No identifying information will be recorded or disclosed. Anonymous reports help CPPD understand and address wider trends and issues.
